Like its predecessors, PIZZA FOOD LOVE carries love in its name. A sentiment that expresses all the passion, all the curiosity and all the vision of its creator (and dreamer) Andrea Magnone.
When a passion is so intense that it makes its way through desires and becomes a profession, the results can only be extraordinary. Andrea's passion was born with him, and together they’ve traveled the world, tasting doughs and toppings, exploring the unique preparations of his favorite dish: pizza.
From New York’s pizza by the slice to the Roman pinsa: coming back home meant unpacking his suitcase and releasing the ideas gathered during the journey, like precious souvenirs of taste. Advice and tips, discoveries and possibilities, with which to experiment in search of the ideal recipe.
Gathering around the table on weekends, next to the wood-fired oven, became a ritual to share with the whole family—a tradition flavored with the scent of a dream never forgotten that Andrea has finally managed to realize.
